  2. Ship It Back — We will provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
  3. Get Refunded — Once we receive the package, your refund is processed in 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

How do I start a return?

Simply email our support team at dawn@pureluxnutrition.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns.

Can I return opened products?

Yes — absolutely. We stand behind every product 100%. If you tried something and it was not for you, send back whatever is left (even an empty bottle is fine) and we will refund your full purchase price.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return package at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is initiated.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 30 countries, including Canada, the UK, Australia, most of Europe, and select regions in Asia. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. In cases of damaged or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide a prepaid return label at no charge.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate changes. Reach out within 2 hours of placing your order for the best chance of modifying or canceling it. After that, our standard return policy applies.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges, but you are welcome to return your original item for a full refund and place a new order for the product you want. This is actually faster for you since the replacement ships immediately rather than waiting for the return to arrive.

What about subscription orders?

You can modify, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account page. Subscription orders ship free regardless of order value. Returns on subscription items follow the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee as one-time purchases.
