How do I know which supplement is right for me?
Every product page includes a full ingredient breakdown, usage instructions, and the goals it supports. Are PureLux products third-party tested?
Yes. Our products are manufactured in GMP-certified, NSF-certified facilities in the USA, and undergo third-party testing for potency and purity.
Are your supplements vegan or vegetarian?
Product certifications vary by formula. Please check the individual product page for the specific certifications (Vegan, USDA Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free) that apply to that item.
When will I see results from taking collagen?
Everybody is different, and results depend on consistency, dosage, and individual biology. Many customers report noticing changes in skin hydration and elasticity within 4-8 weeks of daily use. Collagen supplementation works best as a consistent daily habit rather than an occasional one.
Can I take multiple PureLux products together?
Most of our products are formulated to be taken together as part of a daily routine. If you have specific health conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or take prescription medication, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before combining or starting any new supplement.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that customs duties and import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total at checkout.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at dawn@pureluxnutrition.com with your order number and we'll take care of it right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, we're no longer able to make changes.
Returns & Refunds
How do I start a return?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not thrilled with your purchase, email dawn@pureluxnutrition.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll walk you through the return process.
Can I return opened products?
Yes — our 30-day guarantee applies whether or not the product has been opened. We want you to feel confident trying PureLux.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and processed, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you'd like a different product or flavor instead of a refund, let us know when you reach out and we'll help arrange an exchange.

What about subscription orders?
Subscriptions can be modified, paused, or cancelled at any time — there's no commitment or cancellation fee. Manage your subscription anytime through your account, or email us and we'll take care of it for you.
